A very big thank you to Ahava and all the team for bringing our beloved fur family from Australia to Israel (2 cats and 2 dogs).  It was a complex job given the mixed breeds of our rescue pups and the effects of covid on the options available in the pet transport industry.  Ahava was so professional and patient and went beyond the call of duty to assist us.  Her communication was prompt and informative.  Her knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. Amazing service from Ahava and the team. Moving a dog from Israel to the UK is particularly complicated (and my situation involved various delays and pauses) but they were happy to wait for as long as needed until we were ready to move. They got everything in order, they were always responsive (including at 11pm when I landed in Paris and had a question) and had great communication with my vet also. My Terminal4Pets experience was amazing! During the covid19 we had so much troubles relocating to Japan but with Terminal4Pets help and especially Ahava we had a close caring regarding everything related to fly our dog and every question we had Ahava was very responsive and took care of every detail!

My experience with Terminal4Pets was unbelievably easy and efficient. I lived in Israel for a few years and had experienced many different approaches to business and customer service - mostly less that standard. T4P were amazingly responsive and treated my dog so very well. They worked with the kennel that he was staying at and got him to the US without ANY issues. When the airline gave them a challenge, T4P quickly approached me with reasonable options that helped me stay in control of my dog's itinerary and get him here quickly. I highly recommend them!
